A central part of the Country Club Village master planned community in Calimesa, CA – Black Oak is scheduled to break-ground on the construction of a highly amenitized Senior Living Residential Community.  The Class-A facility offers three levels-of-care delivered in a modern hospitality centric village setting, to include Independent Living, Assisted Living, and a Memory Care Unit.   Legacy consists of 267 total Senior Living residences.   Black Oak is proudly partnering with world class developer/owner/operator Western States Lodging Management to design, build, and operate this exciting new project.
